Hi Jieyi Namaste As Nepal has already opened trekking destinations to trek, you can trek now. We definetely do the Manaslu Trek with Tsum valley and offer guides and porters as well. For the family and solo travelers we provide female guides as per your need. If Everything gets normal Spring( March- May) are also the best monts to trek in Manslu.
